  • Experience: Fence or construction experience is a plus but not required.

  • Using Power Tools and Equipment: Handle various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Constructing Fences: Build multiple styles of fences with precision.

  • Candidate Qualities:

  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure quality workmanship.

  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a way to commute to different job sites across the service area.

  • Broad Reach: From Escondido to Clairemont, including Del Mar, Encinitas, and other coastal areas.
  • Travel Requirement: Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to various job sites.

  • Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
